We would like to introduce the administrative
and sales members of the Kratzmann team.
Gary has chosen all of his team very carefully.
They must have the right attitude to customers and they must fit into
a team environment. He is a hands-on manager and doesn't expect the team
to do anything he wouldn't do himself. His involvement with the caravan
industry is legendary as are his designs for caravan manufacturers.
I am the Business Manager at Kratzmanns
Cars and Caravans. Gary has made me feel a valued member of the Kratzmann
team, and I have been involved in finance, cars and caravan industry for
the past 25 years. My main enjoyment other than work is fishing and camping.
My family has also lived locally for the past 30 years.
Senior Sales Consultant,
father of three, two of whom are also consultants in the motor industry,
with his daughter still at school. The family is supported by a loving
wife of thirty years of marriage. With 28 years of customer service and
sales experience in business, I have had the privilege of being on the
sales team of the Kratzmann Team's one stop caravan yard for some years now.
Being aware of the diverse needs of customers and enjoying the challenge
of fulfilling those needs with the right van, whether ready built or custom
designed, I would welcome your enquiries.
My name is Clint Kratzmann and I was born
in 1978. I have been working in the family company since 1995 and have
been involved in many trips with my family since I was about 7 years old.
I now go caravanning with my girlfriend at least twice a year when I get
holidays. Six days a week work plays havoc with the free time - free days
are spent on the golf course, the tennis court or fishing.
I enjoy meeting caravan people - they are
genuine, honest and caring people that want to get close to nature. I
find caravanning a rewarding and fulfilling lifestyle away from the hustle
and bustle - a great alternative holiday option.
Caravanning and camping is my future, and
I am committed to our family company. I am keen to assist to ensure that
your caravan or camper trailer is what will suit your needs and tow vehicle
requirements. This will give you peace of mind while you are on your great
adventure in Australia.

Hi, I'm the little
voice at the other end of the phone. I began my journey as a kitchen hand/cook,
then became a Receptionist for a builder till I was an assistant Motor
Mechanic for my father. Then I joined the team at Kratzmanns Cars and
Caravans. That was about six years ago and we're still going strong. I
really enjoy being part of the team. At weekends, there is nothing better
than packing the car and taking the dog camping - away from reality. You'll
hear the smile in my voice when you ring.
Ed is the newest recruit to the Kratzmann
team but he brings with him many years of experience in the caravan industry.
When not working, he loves spending spare time with wife and son. The
family holidays involve camping and fishing.
So far Ed has seen only a fraction of what
he would like to visit around Australia and his ambition is to continue
travelling Australia in a caravan. But first, there's a few years of work
to build up the bank balance - in the meantime, it's a good way to share
stories and places visited and where to go next with his customers.
Being the youngest member of the Kratzmann
team, Kristy fits in perfectly - her loves are camping, fishing and seeing
different places. In the future, she would like to travel around Australia
but she realises there's plenty of time yet. Kristy is the friendly voice
and face when you phone or visit the Kratzmann team.
